Loughrea and construction of new final effluent outfall line from the Treatment

Phase One Stage One Scheme consisted of the abandonment and demolition of the
existing Sewage Treatment Works and the construction of a New Works. The Treatment
Works has been designed to treat wastewater from a future equivalent population
of 15,000 persons. The Phase One Stage One Scheme consists of Treatment Units
to accommodate an equivalent population of 5,000 persons. The new works includes:
